When something fails in an app, Orfeo IT receives the error with its full stack trace, version and, if you like, screenshots. The same service lets your users open tickets from within the app and read the notices your IT team publishes.

Your team works in a dashboard with an error summary, tickets with live chat, calls, calendar, knowledge base and email, and plans work with Scrum. Incoming errors become backlog items in one click.

## Common questions about Orfeo IT

### Which languages can I integrate?

There are SDKs for C#, JavaScript and TypeScript, Python and PHP. From any other language you can use the HTTP API with your app's key.

### Can it affect my app's performance?

The SDKs queue submissions and send them in the background with retries. Capturing an error never throws an exception in your code.

### What about personal data?

The SDKs can redact personal data before sending it, and each app's and organisation's data is isolated from the others.

### Are errors duplicated if they are resent?

No. The service recognises the ID of each error and does not create a new one if it arrives again.
