# Orfeo Libros: An ERP for bookshops, distributors and publishers

We are building Orfeo Libros, a management app designed for the day-to-day of the book trade: from publisher to distributor, and from distributor to bookshop.

## Why an ERP for books

The book trade has its own way of working: new releases, consignments, returns, settlements and a catalogue identified by ISBN. Generic management software does not understand it and forces you to adapt.

Orfeo Libros is being built so that each link in the chain works with its own processes and with the same clarity as the other Orfeo apps. We are developing it now and want to do it listening to the people in the trade.
