Overview

Designed for everyday work

Orfeo Contabilidad brings general ledger accounting and invoicing together in one program. You sign in, choose the company and fiscal year, and from the desktop you have shortcuts, diary, tasks and calculator at hand.

Invoices are posted to the ledger without retyping, output and input VAT feed the returns, and reports are printed in batches or with a built-in report designer. It is a dense app, built for advisers and SMEs that live among journal entries.

Can I manage several companies?

Yes. It is multi-company and multi-year: when you sign in you choose the company and fiscal year you will work with.

Does it include invoicing?

Yes. Invoices with your own layouts and remittances, and invoices are posted to the ledger without re-entering them.

Does it prepare VAT returns?

Yes: output and input VAT, Form 303 returns and income tax withholding.

Can I import data I already have?

Yes, from Excel spreadsheets and CSV files.

What is the interface like?
