In Spain every company must record each employee's daily working hours and keep those records for four years, available to staff, their representatives and the Labour Inspectorate. Orfeo Jornadas was created to solve exactly that, without paper or shared spreadsheets.
Today it is an HR CRM: holidays, rotas, sick leave, documents, payslips, org chart, internal communication and engagement surveys. You start with time tracking and switch on modules as your company needs them, with no migrations or new tools to learn.
Records must be reliable, tamper-proof and accessible. Paper or a shared spreadsheet is hard to defend in an inspection.

Trust
People data is sensitive. Orfeo Jornadas was designed from the start to handle it rigorously and transparently.
Each company's data is separated at database level: nobody from another company can see it, not even by mistake.
Before starting, the company accepts the GDPR Article 28 agreement and this is recorded.
Export a person's data and anonymise it when appropriate, from within the app.
Employees, managers and administrators have different permissions: everyone sees only what concerns them.
