If you use OrfeoMédico on your own, no: everything is yours alone. Notes, personal diary and private practice always belong to the doctor only; neither their hospital nor our technical team can see that content.
The rules of the ICS, SISCAT and SAS come pre-configured, and each hospital can define its own agreement: working time, post-call rest, quotas and alerts.
